- Participate proactively in Senior Management proceedings to achieve companys growth strategy
- Develop and execute action plans for increased market share and profitability.
- Monitor, track and evaluate sales data to ensure satisfaction of sales objectives.
- Recruit, motivate & lead a highly productive sales team.
- Achieve budgeted sales (as per segment & Region).
- Move the sale through the entire sales process, actively engaging other company resources as necessary to ensure success.
- Well informed about current industry trends and talk intelligently about the Networking industry in the assigned area/region.
- Continually learn about new products and improve selling skills.
- Ability to travel as required by role.
- To prospect, call, identify and seek new channel actively
- Map all Key Technology vendors and Large SI companies. Generating New clients and find new business opportunities.
- Acquisition of new resellers & SI working / representing the technology vendors.
- Develop Sales plans for assigned regions.
- Provide quality and timely market information.
- Create Weekly and Monthly reports.
- Achieving Monthly and Quarterly Targets.
Qualifications & Evaluation Criteria:-
Graduate with minimum 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales.
High achievement record within Channel Sales.
Should have good negotiation Skills.
Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of Performance and operating conditions.
Should have very good communication skills and Pleasant Personality.
Should be a strong Sales Person with Go Getter Attitude.
