The selected candidate will be responsible:
To drive business in all the 36 states of Nigeria
Establish senior management relationship with the client companies. The majority of the senior managers is either well qualified locals or expatriates (majority) Europeans.
Focus on providing Paints and Protective coatings solutions to Marine, Oil and Gas, Offshore, Energy, Infrastructure, hydrocarbon processing and storage tanks segments of the market.
Lead a multicultural team of Indians and local Nigerians.
Create market leadership as a no.1 supplier of the Paints & Coatings to the mentioned segments in 2 years.
The ideal candidate would be:
Engineer and MBA from a leading institute
15-20 years of selling paints and protective coatings to the mentioned segments
Proven track record of having established a business in the same industry segment in India.
Able to quickly learn to adapt to new socio-cultural environment of Nigeria
Have a demonstrable commitment to taking up challenging assignments
