- Leading development of the Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
Participate in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts and DCs, in order to supervise all promotional activities. - Responsible for management and monitoring of Marketing Investments and initiatives execution.
- Organising Road shows for the FMCG business across Branches in the African continent.
- Design, develop, evaluate, and implement trade and Consumer schemes in Angola for the FMCG business
- Establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Marketing and budget management.
- Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
- Co-ordination and communication of product price and pack changes.
- Leading efforts to leverage the Brand Positioning and solidify the company's superiority through customers and their showrooms.
- Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team. Work closely with the Head Marketing to improve processes that link corporate brand building activities and Product Development activities with Sales activities.
- Is responsible for Sales Force Animation Programs and Actions.
- Is actively participating to specific dedicated trainings to Sales Force.
- Responsible for Trade Marketing / Category Management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories.
- Develop, implement & evaluate category plans to meet profit objectives.
- Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns.
- Analyzing brand trends with respect to competition and seasonal index.
- Good working knowledge of the Africa Market is required
- 4 to 6 years experience in marketing/ similar position in the FMCG sector.
- Exposure of handling a diverse portfolio of FMCG in the capacity of a marketing manager.
- Design, develop, evaluate, and implement trade and Consumer schemes in Angola for the FMCG business
