Six months contract - rotational Job 28 Days ON and 28 days OFF
Job location - Rumaila (Southern Iraq)
Salary - 28days on (6000 USD)
Total experience - 8 to 20 yrs experience
Responsible for underground pipe lines replacement to above ground.
To provide technical assistance, direction, and support to the construction and installation activities for all Civil/Structural works
To liaise with the Client?s In-Country Team
To liaise with the Client?s local Operations and Maintenance staff
To oversee site contractors during installation and commissioning activities
To promote safe behaviour at all times
Provide construction input to estimates as and when required
Review design documents and provide constructability input to designs. Participate in module review resolving constructability challenges.
Produce sequenced Job cards, Test and Inspection Matrices and compile workpacks which detail all construction activities
Provide Construction Method Statements and input to Engineering as required
Ensure that Service Orders are raised on Specialist Vendors and that mobilisation dates are scheduled in line with planned dates
Ensure that Fabrication Purchase Orders are raised in line with scheduled dates
Ensure that all Materials, Tools and Equipment including those of Specialist Vendors are mobilised in line with planned dates
Provide input to Asset Plans as required
Interface with other coordinators to develop the most economical construction methods and techniques
Trouble-shooting the design, identifying & resolving issues with engineering and/or fabricator by raising and resolution of Site / Technical query
Liaise with Construction Supervisors on day to day issues
Completing and reviewing as-built documentation

Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred
Previous experience of pre-commissioning and commissioning is preferred
Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage
Qualification:
7+ years experience in Petrochemical or Oil and Gas project/operations on a major Operators Brown field project.
Out of 7 years minimum three year experience required in Operators Brown field project
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
Excellent communication skills; both oral and written, whilst exercising discretion is essential.
Cost consciousness a key attribute.
Proven analytical skills and problem solving.
