Urgently required for a leading Korean Engineering & Construction Company involved with Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects in Saudi Arabia.
Academic Qualification
Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
A minimum 5 to 10 years of experience working in human resources with primary responsibility for payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, management & strategy and support of other functional areas of human resources.
-Experience in Gulf / Korean Companies preferred.
Job Description
-Facilitate resolution of employment problems.
-Maintain an updated statistical record of employment promotions, wages and performance evaluations.
-Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
-Knows how to draft investigation report, recommendations and implementation of appropriate action.
-Updates and keeps of all personnel records and files.
-Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
-Assist in the recruitment process and liaise with agencies
-Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
-Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required.
-Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports.
-Possess excellent letter writing capabilities
-PC literate across the MS suite
-Excellent communicator across all levels of the business
-Organized and able to prioritize
-Familiarity with Saudi Labor Laws is an advantage
-Performs other duties related to personnel administration as required by the immediate superior.
