Customer Support Executive for Oman

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Responsible for Installation of IVMS devices
Responsible to provide service support for the devices fixed with existing customers
Answer phones calls/email/faxes and letters and provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure accurate call comments are entered and appropriate information is provided in escalated calls.
Ensure call standards are maintained with respect to greeting, problem identification, proposed solution and conclusion.
Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards

Experience
1-2 yrs experience working as a service support executive

Education / Specialist Knowledge
ITI / Diploma specialized in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical.
Good working knowledge of Windows and MS Office.

Skills / Behavioral competencies
Customer Service, problem solving, integrity and trust.
Written communications skills, Listening skills, perseverance, Time management, Approachability and Understanding others.
Team Player and willingness to learn
With valid GCC driving license is an added advantage.
