Fashion Retail Operations In-charge for Oman

Experience: 5 to 9 yrs.

Should be an experienced fashion retail background With excellent knowledge in all aspect of all the retail Business.
Forward thinking, with excellent planning, prioritizing /Project management, with proven analytical and Problem - solving skills with an excellent ability to incense efficiency and productivity.
A strong professional with excellent customer service orientation and ultimate commitment to quality and service.
Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiating skills, resulting in a proven ability to retain staff and clients and increased morale.
Skilled in promoting a dynamic team resulting in law labor 
he will be responsible for monitoring overall stores performance. The primary role is to ensure the highest standards of operation consistent with the premium brands represented. Individual stores supervisor will report to the Operations In-charge, however this is very much a 'hands on' role, requiring close involvement at all levels.

The job also requires substantial input and supervision of inventory management and will have significant input to the buying planning process.

Skills:-
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years fashion retail with a top international and preferably, luxury, retail brand or brands
