Responsibilities
Handling the complete Operations of the Company in Kazakhstan.
Leading a Team of Project Manager and Construction Managers of Projects spread across various locations of Kazakhstan.
Ensure that the Project Managers achieve the daily targets as per Level-4 Schedule are achieved. Makecatch-up Plans and recovery plans to achieve the planned targets.
Follow-up with the Project Managers and if required with the Clients to ensure that the Payments are received on time.
Own the project Programme and ensure timely delivery in terms of cost, Quality, Safety, HSE,specifications, and client satisfaction
Provide technical guidance to the site, and resolve critical site issues
To optimize utilization of men, material, equipment and staff between various Projects.
Be completely accountable for development, motivation and assessment of supervised staff and labour resource.
Control and direct the work of all site based operation.
Close coordination with all departments to ensure uninterrupted progress on site.
Optimizations of all resources with a view to control cost and maximize productivity.
Give Manpower Requests to HR with complete JDs based on the Mobilization Schedule and expected Projects. When required conduct the Technical interview of the Candidates and ensure that they are mobilized to the Project sites on time.
Be a part of the Grievance Meetings along with the HR and Project Managers and ensure that no Strikes and Industrial Relation like Situation happen.
Ensure that the Contracts Administration Department has complete inputs to raise the Claims on time.
Give Technical guidance and assist in Drafting the Scope of Work / Detailed Specifications while rising the SR/ MR to the C&P Department.
Plan, Manage and Maintain the Infrastructure Setup and the Construction Equipment.
Apprise & keep the COO and ED informed on continuous basis on all the developments on the Projects.
To provide a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors, suppliers, Clients and visitors. Ensure no compromise on HSE requirements which will affect the Safety of the People on Site.
Should work out Strategies to Control Costs by cutting down unnecessary resources.

Engineering graduate Mechanical with more than 25 Years of Experience of handling Oil & Gas Projects overseas.

External - PMC, Consultants, Architects, Vendors, suppliers, liaison agencies

Experience:-20- 25 years of OverSeasexperience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Hydrocarbon Industry. Knowledge of QS related to E&I would be preferable although not mandatory
Candidates with similar Work Experience in Kazakhstan shall be preferred.
