Candidate should have at least 7 years relevant experience in Catering Industry 
Supporting Head Purchase in day-to-day purchase activities
> MIS compilation / Data collation
> Assisting the HOD purchase to create purchase Budgets and Expenses.
> Keeping Track of budgets, monthly reports and Lab Test Reports
> Coordinating with the Regional Purchase Executives and Preparation of purchase reports
> Vendor introduction and existing vendor development
> Active participation in day to day negotiations in imp purchase projects
> Market survey and research
> Preparation of Vendor Evaluation Report
> FSPRO Package Implementing to Sites
