We have job opening for the position of admin executive in dubai -
1. To attend the Telephone Calls.
2. To act as PRO in DIFC in relation to Visa and Filings in relation to DIFC.
3. To receive the Guests at the reception and take care of them.
4. To do the hotel and flight booking for theoverseas guests.
5. To make arrangement of lunch and dinner for the Guests.
6. To take care of basic necessities at the Guest House.
7. To manage Drivers and to check their Overtime.
8. To negotiate the AMC's related to Computers and Office.
9. To coordinatein relation to Courier ,Water Supply, Office Maintenance, Plants , House Keeping Supervision etc.
10. To assist in Xerox, scanning, email, faxing etc.
11. To check and clear the bills in relation to telephones and maintenance of the Office.
12. To maintain Petty Cash.
13. To Maintain the Local Company Accounts)
14. To upload and process the bank payments.
15. To manage the Filing system in the office.
16. Any other responsibilities the management may think fit.
17. Knowledge of commercial matters/accounting will be an added advantage
Need people who have work experience working in a gulf country.
