Store Keeper
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
- Makes entries for in and out of goods and maintains records of all deliveries.
- Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to customers.
- Receives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property
- Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
- Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
- Delivers and sets up goods for various customers as requested.
- Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
- Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property.
- Trains and directs the work of student assistants.
- May serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area.
Mothly Salary: 2800 - 3000 QR
Housing: Provided by the Company (Single Accomodation)
Transportation Allowance 400 QR
Food Allowance: 300QR
Total Salary: 3,500 - 3,700 QR (Approx. Rs. 60K) pm
Working hours / Days: 10 hrs / 5 Working Days
Contract Period will be 2 years (renewable). Candidate will get 21 days leave in a year with Company paying Air-Fare. Working VISA & Air-Ticket expenses will be borne by Company.
Senior Accountants
Experience: 4 to 7 yrs
Description: Assist with Banking activities like setting up new accounts, adding new signatures, bank reconciling items, banking fees, positive pay exceptions, etc. Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for monthly general ledger close. Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial statements. Ensure that all deliverables comply with regulatory guidance and professional standards. Provide assistance to Accounting Manager with external audit and DOI examination. Assist with accounting related DCO and general ledger projects. Assist with special projects assigned by management.
Roles and Duties May Include:
- Perform accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to book, reconcile and report in-force premium, direct written premium and loss fund balance, retro accrual, cash, cash applied to A/R, bad debt allowance and non-admitted A/R on a monthly basis as well as for any GAAP vs. STAT differences.
- Back-up month-end duties assigned to other Senior Accountants.
- Assists in preparation of monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports. Assist in providing follow-up and documentation of significant variances.
- Assist with completion of the quarterly and annual regulatory filings; preparation of assigned Quarterly and Annual Statutory Statement pages/schedules.
- Assist with annual external audit and DOI examination. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit.
- Assist with testing and receive final approval for system reports required for management, financial reporting and general ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate and resolve various issues with bank such as cleared check differences, bank fee anomalies, targeted balance calculations and enhancements to online services.
- Monitor positive pay exceptions.
- Conform with and abide by all regulatory guidance and internal policies & procedures.
- Document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Maintain project log for Senior Accountant position. Contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages for both general ledger and statutory accounting.
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
- The individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his / her work product. The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.
- Four to six years progressively responsible experience in the accounting and trading and service industry.
- Workers’ Compensation experiences a plus.
Mothly Salary: 3000 - 4000 QR

Telephone Allowance: 300 QR
Total Salary: 6,500 - 7,500 QR (Approx. Rs. 1 Lakh - Rs. 1.24L) pm
