JOB SUMMARY:
To verify MR, PR the operation of the QA/QC functions at project site by implementing the Project Quality
Controls Plans and Procedures in accordance with the Company QC procedures, International standards & specific contract requirements.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for vendor source of inspection (Assisted by approved vendor inspectors), in-process & final inspection, documentation and associated quality control activities for the equipment/materials purchased intended for the project.
Prepare complete list of inspectable and non-inspect able materials for the project with correct 9COM approved vendor/manufacture, level of inspection basing on SAER 1972 prior to preparation of PRS.
Review of Purchase Requisition Submittals (PRS) with correct 9COM and Approved vendor/
manufacturer and compliance with the acceptable standards and SA Contact Schedule Q.
Review Purchase Order in compliance to approved Purchase Requisition Submittals (PRS).
Close coordination with the approved Third party agency for inspection and Final release.
Supervision in the preparation of Inspection assignment package for level 1 and up for the Submission
SAVID.
Coordination to pre-inspection meetings for procurement of materials for level 2 and up.
Establishing Agenda for Pre-inspection Meeting for level 2 and up.
Supervision/preparation of Final Inspection Disposition Report.
Planning employing and seeking approval from client qualified personnel for inspection activities
Preparation and submittal of Procurement Two- week look ahead Schedule, 5-days inspection notice and weekly inspection/ Fabrication Status.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal:
Procurement Engineer for guidance and integrating work flows as needed.
All users in the company to provide them with procurement services.
Coordination between QA/QC and Saudi Aramco for Internal Audits through a SA approved 3rd Party Agency at completion of 15% & 60% Procurement Progress.
External:
Local vendors for System Audits.
Local contractors for outsourcing services.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
10 to 15 years in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure field
Middle East experience must be considered as priority
OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Aramco Approval and Sap Number
Familiarity with ISO-9001:2008 Quality Management System.
Knowledge of related Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Vendor QC activities.
Written and oral communication skills.
