Assistant Sales Manager - Electronics & Electricals
To ensure the accomplishment of goals and targets set by management through increasing sales channels and generating more customers hence increasing sales.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1: Act as a representative for the company and provide excellent customer service in terms of supply of stock on receiving of order, providing information on drugs and prices
2: Suggesting and Implementing strategies for increasing the sales volume of the company
3: Coordinating with Company Representatives/ Managers in matters relating to promotion and sales of respective products
4: Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
DUTIES :-
a} Daily -
1: Check mails and respond to them on the basis of importance and urgency.
2: Prepare a daily plan of things to do.
3: Give calls to major clients as planned for the day.
4: Conduct surveys in the market for finding out the current situation
5: Follow up with Ware-House Manager for pending Deliveries and push to get them send on the priority basis
6: Prepare a daily report regarding sales
7: Collect outstanding payments.
8: Prepare Cumulative Sales Report of Branches Daily.
WEEKLY :-
1: Prepare a weekly report on sales projections and achievements.
2: Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
3: Prepare a weekly plan to visit major customers a
4: Review actual sales against targeted sales and plan for achieving the set target or above.
5: Give suggestions for imports to the manager Sales.
6: Giving Suggestions to the Sales Manager regarding the prices.
MONTHLY :-
1: Prepare a Tour Plan for the month.
2: Review actual sales against targeted sales and plan for achieving the set target or above.
3: Follow up on outstanding payments.
4: Agree for a date for Stocktaking and help in the process. Inventory Management (not Mandatory)
QUARTERLY :-
1: Prepare for an internal audit from Head Office.
2: Follow up with the all the feedback points mentioned in monthly reports.
3: Suggesting for the next quarter sales and imports Plan.
ANUALLY :-
Assisting Manager Sales In Preparing Whole Year Sales report
EDUCATION :-
B. Com or any other relevant Business Administration Field
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :-
1: Financial Management Skills
2: Marketing and Sales Skills
3: Customer Management Skills
4: Computer Skills
WORK EXPERIENCE :-
Minimum 3-5 Years experience in marketing of Electronic products
