Resources Coordinator/ Manpower Scheduler_Signage Installation Project (Installation Department)

We are looking for a Manpower Coordinator(Planner) for our Doha, Qatar based MNC client in Printing and Advertising Industry.
Description of Job Specification Manpower Coordinator(Planner):
Installation and Resources Coordinator/Manpower Scheduler (Installation Department)
Installation and Resource Planner is responsible for managing and scheduling Companys Installation Team. That includes Installers and drivers (permanent and temporary staff).
Requirements:
Plan and assign manpower (installers and drivers) to respective projects for installation, according to
their skills
Follow up on the set up and progress on the installations in process on hourly basis
Amend and adjust schedule according to client and internal requests
Deal with changes in schedules and communicate them to installers or PMs
Print Installation Schedule on a daily basis and post for all to observe
Text schedule to guys every night
Distribute vehicles to Installation teams
Assign TLC trucks daily and advise Warehouse Manager when additional trucks are needed (bucket trucks,
flatbeds, boom trucks)
Communicate with Warehouse Manager equipment requirements
Initiate and schedule training for Installation team
Procure and order uniforms as needed
Input timesheet data on weekly basis
Implement TLC Policies
Site visits
Training and implementation of effective installation practices
Upkeep and inspection of access equipment
Liaise between Installation Team and Management team to implement safe and proper operations
Manage vacation schedules and time off requests for the Installation Team
Post the Weekly Time Sheet for installers to fill in
Working with Operations Director to implement policies and practices with Installers
Fill out and submit all permit applications that are requested by clients to acquire access to work sites.
Create Method Statements and Risk Assessments as necessary
Fill out and submit all accreditation documentation as requested by clients
Suggest improvements to existing processes ie: Work Orders
Managing End of Day Reports
Report back on operational issues to relevant Manager / Director
Assist with Skill set training program
Manage 3rd party installers as and when required
Sourcing of quotations for Height access and managing the certification of all height access equipment
Weekly management reports
Monitoring of overtime and taking corrective action as per the agreed operational requirements.
