Maintaining books of account.
Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors & Bank A/C.
Budget preparation.
Billing & Payment follow up.
Should be open for relocating to Ghana.
Should have a valid passport.

Experience: 7 to 12 yrs.
Manage and maintain records, data and provide up-to-date as required.
Manage personal and official files, correspondence and e-mails.
General correspondence, keeping track of Bank A/Cs, Expenses.
Coordinate and manage meetings, appointments, interviews.
To ensure correspondence and enquiries are responded in a timely manner.
Should be presentable.
Should have good communication skills.
Should be open for relocating to Ghana.
