Design and development of plastics components for Automotive HVAC requirements
Coordination with tooling department / manufacturing vendors for DFM
Development of 3D models and manufacturing drawings in CATIA V5
Interaction with various stakeholders for new product development and current product improvement.

B Tech. in Automotive, Mechanical or Production Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience
Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Tools design / Plastics is an added advantage
Strong background of Automotive plastics product design and manufacturing process (Injection Moulding)
Hands on CATIA V5 experience with sound knowledge in part modeling, assembly modeling and GSD work benches of CATIA V5
Exposure to Automotive HVAC domain with regards to plastics product development and manufacturing
Primary skills Secondary skills Good to have skills
Plastics product design in the Automotive HVAC domain
CATIA V5 experience on part design, assembly, detailing and GSD work benches
Good understanding of plastics injection moulding processes German language skills
