Purchase Coordinator and Account Assistant for Dubai

Purchase Coordinator


Experience: 1 to 3 yrs.


*To detect, research, and resolve purchasing issues and problems with incorrect orders, invoices, and 
shipments.
*Approve purchase orders and monitor all purchase requisitions to determine correctness of 
information, calculations, coding etc.

* Should be a Graduate in Commerce.
* Should have good communication skill in English [written & spoken].
* Should have few years of experience in any ERP platform.
* Good analytical capability [knowledge of standard mathematical].

Account Assistant


Experience: 1 to 3 yrs.

*To maintain spreadsheets.
*To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
*To Manage petty cash transactions.

* Should have basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping.
* Should have excellent interpersonal skills - to deal with customers and external contacts.
* Should be able to handle and write cheques.
