Sales and Marketing Manager for Uganda

Experience: 6 to 11 yrs.

Opportunity with a FMCG group from Africa.

Designation: Sales & Marketing Manager

Qualification: Any Management Graduate

Work Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Job Location: Kampala- Uganda

Job Requirements:

Must have good English communication.

Must have a valid passport

Must have experience of working in FMCG/Beverage Industry

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor entire Sales Team

Get day to day reports from the sales Team and monitor closely

Get daily reports from the route sale operators and monitor them

Interact with the sales team on day to day basis

Issue targets and monitor

Guide the sales team to achieve the targets

Supervise Customer Care dept.

Conduct weekly meeting with the sales staff as may be necessary

Offer continuous training to Sales and Distribution staff

Visit the market for first hand assessment as may be necessary

Visit all new customers to establish contacts

Prepare conclusive weekly reports for the higher management

Ensure timely deliveries
