Assess & prioritize the training needs of the Sales & Operation Organization via Sales competency model & recommend improvements to the current programs being deployed
Collaborate with Field Sales & Operation personnel to assess the skills/ knowledge
Experience in Sales training preferable
Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Must be also good at soft skills
Understand the improvements needed for the staffs through analysis
