Mechanical Technician
We have an Urgent Open position for “Mechanical Technician” for CLIENT – SAUDI ARAMCO SHELL REFINERY (SASREF) in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
It is on the roles of Sasref Company and it is a permanent job.
JD:
Perform assigned condition monitoring activities to support the integrity and reliability of rotating equipment.
Perform (on-request) condition monitoring of specified equipment and feedback results to Engineer for review to support the integrity and reliability programs.
Collect, collate and update the condition monitoring data in the system and advise the rotating equipment engineer of any abnormal findings to support the integrity and reliability programs.
Update and maintain the rotating equipment archive, including CMMS equipment Data Record Cards to support the integrity and reliability programs. The jobholder is responsible for the execution of the condition monitoring schedule and provides valuable information and technical advise to the engineer. He maintains and updates rotating equipment history and records. The job holder uses complex, sensitive and expensive equipment and is responsible for the necessary care, basic maintenance and proper storage of the equipment. ?Secondary (Science) education + 3 years formal training leading to Mechanical Diploma or C&G Part III or equivalent. ?6 years experience of mechanical maintenance work in the oil or petrochemical industry including 2 years vibration monitoring experience. ?Very good English language skills and competent in the use of PC applications (MS Office suite or equivalent).

Corrosion Engineer
B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent Minimum 10 years experience of oil refinery or petrochemical facilities. Very good English language skills and competent in the use of PC applications.
Destructive and Non Destructive testing and reporting of materials as per Procedure
and Specification at site or in lab.
• PMI Testing of existing and new pipelines and equipment components in plant,
machine shop, welding shop and new coming material in warehouse.
• Hardness Testing.
• Witnessing of the job which is performing by Contractor at KNPC sites.
• Material Control. Failure analysis.
• Monitoring CP and Corrosion Probe Reading jobs.
• Coating Painting Inspection Jobs: Blasting, surface profile, cleanliness, paint as per data
sheet, WFT, DFT, Holiday Test, Hardness, Dolly Test.
Senior Inspection Engineer
JOB PURPOSE:
Plan and execute inspection activities to ensure the optimum reliability, availability and technical integrity of all static equipment and line systems in his area of responsibility. Develop technically sound and cost effective maintenance approaches, consistent with the company operating requirements and safety standards.

- Develop, review and execute area inspection plans to ensure integrity and reliability of the plant assets.
- Provide inspection support and technical advice / assistance to Operations, Maintenance, Technology, Engineering, Projects and MCP to ensure plant integrity and reliability.
- Compliance with I&R KPIs.
- Timely advice.
Engineering Support
- Develop, monitor implementation and review inspection input into plant equipment maintenance plans for OMS to ensure equipment integrity and reliability.
- Provide the shutdown / turnaround scope of work for discipline to ensure continuing availability and integrity of plant and equipment.
- Plan, prepare and execute inspection scope of work to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant.
- Review and update the Plant Integrity Assurance Manual with the latest inspection data and process changes to ensure that plant integrity is maintained.
- Review and approve the quality assurance quality control plans for the projects S/D and TA contractors to insure the work quality and hence the plant integrity and reliability.
- Conduct quality check audits for the maintenance and workshop mechanical activities to insure the work quality is maintained and hence the plants integrity and reliability.
