1. Develop operational plan (customer, quantity of cargo, date of execution, from/to destination, truck number, drivers name) ensuring satisfaction of contractual terms and obligations agreed with customer.

2. Assess fleet requirement for execution of plan and map with existing available operational trucks.
3. Discuss with fleet officer about status of fleet on daily basis (Transit, loading, offloading, return, workshop and available) and review daily truck status report.
4. Prepare budget for fuel cost, road fees, drivers advance, pass permit and loading cost to enable transit of truck.
5. Identify cause of abnormal deviation from Km target (no cargo, no spare part, accident) and bring management notice to push performance to best possible.
6. Manage, monitor and control following:
Assigning/ changing of driver to unit
Approval of trip permission
Movement of trucks to loading sites
Status of truck movement during transit
Road Breakdown and maintenance activity of truck
7. Get update of traffic scenario, road condition, and inter-location transit check tip off from traffic supervisor.
8. Optimize loaded movement of truck by reducing incidence of empty return.
9. Review and analyze report of monthly fuel consumption of fleet from fuel controller.
10. Review and analyze report of truck, dolly and trailer configuration and status of truck in general (parts missing, damaged but working, not working) from OHDA.
11. Review investigation report and findings of Drivers affair supervisor for matter pertains to issue of driver.
12. Review drivers incentive prepared by Fleet officer as per approved policy.
13. Review Km performance of fleet and declare monthly cumulative fleet performance.
14. Ensure number of operation drivers 1.05 times of all trucks at all times. Conduct interview and recommend to HR for hiring.
15. Analyze following:
Consumption of fuel with actual Km
Actual KM vs. target
Tonnage vis--vis truck
Loaded, empty trip and Km.
Daily status of truck
Academic Education:
Minimum Graduation in any stream (full time) with diploma in supply chain management from central university.
Maximum Master in any stream with degree in supply chain management.
