Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cooridinate the activities of the food safety, health and environment at site
- Implement food safety principles and quality management system at the site in all operation
- Supervise and suggest the provision of adequate HSE requirements
- Ensure implementation of safe codes of practices, accident preventation and environmental protection control program
- Coordinate with location manager , client HSE department and other key personnel and ensures adequate coverage for the fire , accidents , environmental pollution, and other emergency situations
- Attend all HSE meetings called by the clients representative at site
- Train the site personnel procedures for protection of personnel, equipment , material and environment.
- Prepare site HDE training program and implement
- Conduct routine HSE inspection, prepare reports with recommendation, corrective action and target dates, and follow up on the close outs
- Participate in QHSE audits by client and company QHSE Manager
- Investigate and report all accidents
- Prepare monthly statistical reports such as man hour worked LTIs, near misses, vehicle activities, RTAs, etc. and submit to client HSE department and company management
