Key Responsibilities:
- Target: Achieve Sales, EBITA and Margin target
- Product: Ensure comprehensiveness and competitiveness of product
- Pricing Analysis, Benchmarking & Reporting: Price benchmarking and performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Supplier Relationship: Regular interaction with airlines, GDS and related fulfillment partners to maximum and optimize the margin and product
- Co-ordination: Co-ordination to with various function heads / teams like Fulfillment, Customer Support, Corporate Strategy and Marketing
- Price benchmarking and competitor analysis
- Responsible for providing analysis to ensure that the International Air product line revenue and margin targets are met
- Creating competitive pricing strategy and price lists for the product line
- Define performance metrics, benchmarks and reporting requirements to satisfy business needs
- Collaborate with the database team to develop reports
- Manage the International Air products to be featured on the website
- Collaborate with internal teams and external teams to define and document business requirements for new product features and enhancements
- Streamline processes, increase efficiencies and reduce costs
- Prepare business case for various new initiatives and product enhancements
- Strategize marketing plans and offer structures
- Co-ordinate with the marketing team on a day to day basis for promotional offers
- Provide direction and support to sales with regard to customer technical meetings, presentations, and business proposals
- Prepare sales presentation and competition analysis
- Create market requirements document (MRD) and product requirements document (PRD) for new product opportunities
- Lead cross functional groups to translate customer needs into product specific requirements and provide accurate forecasts
Experience / Skills (Preferred):
Qualifications - Minimum:
Graduate
Post Grad diploma / deg in Tourism Management preferred
PG degree in management preferred
Personality Attributes / Traits:
Knowledge of the Airline Scenario in & travel processes.
Meticulous & Analytical
Flexible/Open minded
Leadership qualities
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication and presentation skills
- 4-7 years experience in an airline revenue management/ pricing role
- Experience working directly with technology teams in building and supporting products
Qualifications - Minimum:
