Sous Chef for Bahrain

Experience: 6 to 8 yrs.


Required to handle a Italian casual dining restaurant.
Prepare food as per standard recipes.
Maintain hygiene and food standards.
Supervise and train junior staff.
Responsible for food cost and inventory control.

Degree in Hotel Management
Minimum 6 years of experience in hotels or stand alone restaurants.
Must have good knowledge of food costing, inventory control etc.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine.
