Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Company is a Saudi Arabia based company which produces and markets refined hydrocarbon and petrochemicals. The company is a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical which is now publicly held. More than petrochemical products Petro Rabigh is about dedicated and highly skilled manpower producing dependable materials that are cost-efficient, socially responsible and environmentally friendly. In its commitment to the end, this US $10 billion state-of-the-art project produces around 18.4 million tons per annum (MTA) of petroleum-based products and 2.4 MTA of ethylene and propylene based derivatives.
Positions:
1. Chief Auditor
Minimum of ten (10) years of internal audit experience, with the most recent seven (7) years of experience in Refining & Petrochemical Industry
2. Operation Specialist
Minimum of 15 years of operating experience in Refining & Petrochemical Industry
3. Monomer Specialist
Minimum of 15 years of operating experience in the petrochemical industry with a minimum of 10 years in an operating Monomer plant
4. Monomer Section Specialist
Minimum of 10-15 years of operating experience in the petrochemical industry with a minimum of 7 years in an operating plant as Monomer Process Engineer.
5. Polymer Specialist
Minimum of 15 years of operating experience in the petrochemical industry with a minimum of 10 years in an operating Polymer plant
6. Polymer Section Specialist
Minimum of 10-15 years of operating experience in the petrochemical industry with a minimum of 7 years in an operating plant as Polymer Process Engineer.
7. Corporate Planning Manager
Minimum of ten (15) years in relevant industries. Financial certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CTP or CFA).
8. Finance Specialist
Minimum of ten (15) years in relevant industries. Financial certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CTP or CFA).
9. Treasury Section Head
Minimum of ten (15) years in relevant industries. Financial certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CTP or CFA).
10. Procurement & Materials Supply Specialist
Minimum of (15) years in supply chain management experience within a petrochemical operating company, manufacturing plant operation, or engineering-procurement-
11. Business Specialist
Minimum of (15) years in managing admin budget and coordination. High level of English communication, Strong planning skills. Ability to deal with executives and President
12. Career Counselor Specialist
Minimum of ten 7-10 years in career development
13. Compensation Specialist
Minimum of ten 7-10 years in HR compensation, benefits or policy issues.
14. Organization Development Specialist
Minimum of ten 7-10 years in Manpower planning and Organization Development
15. Marketing & Sales Specialist
