Manage the development of Celebrity Contracts, TVC & Print Campaign for the above mentioned brands.
Develop and execute annual/event/theme based trade and consumer schemes. Manage and execute theme based events on Dusshera, Diwali, Xmas, Onam, World Environmental Day, Fashion Shows, etc, Sponsor fests
Initiate social media and manage events and inaugurations pan India with top celebs.
Effectuating sales strategies for accomplishment of performance milestones.
Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market metrics.
Devising & implementing marketing activities for successful launching of new products.
Designing & managing brand image building and product awareness campaigns.
Providing direction to execute promotions/launches in sync with regional characteristics.
Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers and channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.
Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements.
