Experienced & Accomplished Sous Chef-Sr CDP specialised in Chinese Cuisine including Dim Sum

Applicants must have real knowledge of Chinese Cuisine as well as the full repertoire of Dim Sum preparations

Thai Cuisine Knowledge a plus

Applicants must be a Hands-On Chef
