Functional Responsibilities:-
Strategy Formulation:
Deft at networking with business partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Devise marketing strategies, establish credibility and ailiances overseas.
Responsible for creating annual / biannual strategic and tactical plan. . 
Participate in creating strategic partnerships, alliances and bundles that ensures company is highly visible and properly positioned and referenced. .
Providing direction to execute promotions/launches in sync with regional characteristics.

Business Development:
Effectuating pre-planned sales strategies for accomplishment of performance milestones. 
Utilizing market information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence.
Multiple International Exposures for International Trade Shows and Business
Development.
Proven Competency in achieving Business Growth. . 
ldentify new business opportunities, convert opportunities into revenue. 
Solicit more business from existing customers and generate referral business.

Product Development:
Design selection and new product development for International Market (USA, European,Australian)
Determine market needs and generate product requirement. 
Responsible for product pricing, positioning and display.

Market Analysis:
Responsible for competitive analysis, measure effectiveness of marketing and implement improvements.

Management & Training:
Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations & meeting of targets. 
Manage and train existing and new staff, conduct product selling. 
ldentifying & implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.

Customer Centric Approach : 
Involving self in case of customer dissatisfaction with the product or servrce. .
Going deep in resolving the issue. 
Visiting consumer for getting the true feedback. 
Planning service activity for present customers.

Experience Above 10 yrs in Gems & Jewellery Industry
