REQT 1:
Good Experience as a desktop Engineer
Windows 7 Admin knowledge
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office 2010
Remote trouble-shooting and resolution
Ticket issuance and manage escalations to second level support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent planning, organization and prioritization skills in meeting users expecatations
Show initiative and creativity in problem solving
Ability to work independently and interact effectively
REQT 2:
L1 helpdesk / Desktop Engineers along with knowledge in Networking + Mandarin Speaking must
Windows 7 Admin knowledge
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office 2010
