Mechanical Engineer for TAAL Tech Private Limited, USA

We have an opening in TAAL TECH for the below requirement:

Experience: 5 8 years

Education: B.E/B.Tech 

-Equipment arrangement and detail drawings from API 560 data sheets

- Facilitates constructability and model reviews,
- Component lay out or dimensional checks necessary to check overall equipment for interference, accessibility and serviceability
- Design and application of ducting, plant piping, burners, piping skids, F.R.P and steel vessels, process coils, refractory and structural steel, and platforms
- performs site visits to collect documentation and take dimensions of existing equipment
- Ensure that design and drawings are consistent and adhere to company standard design/drafting standards
- Generates coil and piping design drawings and isometrics with BOM
- Applies all relevant specs and design requirements, produces drawings, and checks the delegated work executed by designers assigned to project
- PV elite and Compress calculations knowhow is a bonus

Structural engineering:
- Arrangement, sizing, and joining of the elements which together make up the equipment structure. Examples are base plates, foundation anchor bolts, columns, platforms, heater shell including the reinforcing thereof, roofs, floors, supports for equipment such as fans steam drums, ducts, stacks and elements supporting the stack
- Calculations of wind, seismic, dead and live loads and the application of these loads to the appropriate eqpt elements
- Sizing of structural elements, and the design of the means of connecting all elements
- Preparation of drawings which present the design for fabrication and construction
