They are urgently looking for Marketing Manager (Textiles / FMCG ) @ Lagos , Nigeria

Qualification & Experience

• MBA (Marketing ) , Graduation in Textile Technologies will be added plus
• 10 to 12 years experience either in textiles or FMCG , in Nigerian / African markets
• Excellent communication skills : English is essential , French is preferable
Job Profile

• Sales & Marketing of Textile products
• Analysis to understand Market Trends & contribute towards growth of business volume & market share
• New Product Launching & Market strategies to enhance business volumes
• Managing & increasing , National Distributor & Retailer Network
• Managing & increasing Export Business 
• Monitor Orders, deliveries & receivables on regular basis.
• Achieving Sales target & Collections
• Corporate & Multinational Groups , for promotional items
• Dealing with NGOs & welfare organizations for Mosquito nets Business
• Co-ordination with the customers, generating orders, price negotiation & finally executing the order
• Handling Customer grievances (Quality, Deliveries, Credit etc) as a part of customer care service.
• Participate in review meetings for Finished Goods Inventories , costing , pricing
• Sales reviews, Collection & keeping outstanding under control.
• Travelling to various countries to understand the market situation & future business trend.
• Regularly interacting with customers in Target Market
• Frequent visits to customers for giving presentations, to explore new business.
• Branding & market penetration to enhance business volumes.
• Providing Technical assistance to keep the overhead & manufacturing cost under control to remain competitive in business.
• Develop new products & conduct their feasibility study & responsible for launch of same
• Market strategy on the basis of various Market Inputs ,Trade association , sales lead , market intelligence 
• Study of the Behavioral Habits of target audience & Change management
• Product Launching : Market Survey , Market Mapping , Product Positioning , promotional & advertising campaigns, Pricing , Test Marketing
• Product Positioning & competitive product analysis
• Advertising , Event Management & Media planning
