Experience: - * 8 years of experience in Administration * Additional diploma in Pers. Management; * 100% adept with ERP & Tally; hands on in MS office; good communication and presentation skills; flexible and out of the box thinker * Problem Solving and Decision Making ability & should have thorough knowledge of Oman laws
Role & Responsibility:
Manage the staff insurances & Telephone tracking system; mobile bills & traffic penalties to be monitored and deductions advised to payroll; ensure that the necessary infrastructure is in place to house the new recruits; supervise the Company accommodation and Office premises; supervise all the maintenance work and ensure that there are no complaints; coordinate the drivers and effectively use them for the operational matters; generate all the papers required for visa purpose; ensure that the ticket bookings as well as hotel reservations are taking place as per plan; track the visa expiry and passport expiry dates; track the clearance utilization and all the statutory requirements of the office
