Sales Executive for Tanzania

Experience: 2 - 6 yrs
    Sales and collection : Achievement of Weekly /Monthly/ Quarterly and yearly plan for sales  revenue including product-wise sale  and collection
    Coverage of potential customers and distribution channel for entire product range- retailers/dealers/ Wholesalers , B2 B ( Corporate, Institutions, Government) etc.
    To ensure that minimum / maximum stock level and re-ordering quantity is decided and maintained at all branches.
    Price working and informing the same to the branches, sales team, customers.
    To provide quarterly / yearly product-wise  demand forecast for local procurement and importation
    To comply with the companys sales policies, procedure and practices.
    Train, guide and motivate the subordinates and conduct regular meeting with them.
    Regular market visit and reporting. Regular contact with the key customers/ accounts
    Provide market intelligence competitors information and devise strategy to counteract them.
    Product training: Impart product training to the sales team and customers.
    To undertake sales promotion and marketing activities to increase sales volume, on approval of any budget, if any.
    To identify new product /product line synergistic to existing product range, undertake market survey to estimate demand and submit information for further decision.
    To resolve customer complains / disputes, if any on time.
