Business Process Excellence Manager for Philippines

Experience: 8 - 13 yrs
    Lead and drive process excellence through process management, lean,six sigma and other continuous improvement tools and methodology 
    Will partner with diverse stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives
    Analyze data and understand current issue and concern and be able to influence a data/facts based decision making
    Lead and drive the implementation of common minimum practices thru regular reviews; identify those gaps and work closely with Operations to close those gaps 
    Lead a structured MIS audit at regular intervals to identify critical areas of concern to place sustainable controls and ensure compliance
    Work closely with operations teams to identify performance gaps, identify root causes and drive actions to closure and instill a Zero Surprise environment.
    Lead Process Improvement initiatives that will drive short to long term solutions that will 
    ensure improvement on process efficiencies and effectiveness
    Build a culture of operational excellence in BPO by running multiple programs 
    Coach & mentor the operations team from applying any continuous improvement tools (lean , six sigma,etc) and help build capability in operations team 
    Facilitate LEAN workshops, client visits, and participation on any company sponsored programs
    Drive institutionalization of OE practices in Operations through on-going coaching & mentoring of Operations teams 
    Work closely with operations teams to identify performance gaps, identify root causes and drive actions to closure 
    Lead Process Improvement initiatives that will drive short to long term solutions
    Build a culture of operational excellence in BPO (e.g Operations Teams) by running multiple programs 
    Coach & mentor OE SPOCs from Operations on OE practices/ tools and help build capability in Operations team 
    Facilitate Operational Excellence workshops, client visits, and participation on any company sponsored programs where Operational Excellence is one of the agenda

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Must be certified Black Belt from a reputed certifying body / organization or any industry leading organization in the BPO domain) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
    Should have worked on at least on 2-3 BB / GB projects
    Must have hands-on experience in project management tools and analytics tools
    Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills
    Experience of working in a global and virtual team/consulting assignment would be a definite advantage
    Solid Business Acumen with a large bias for action Getting things done.
    Solid experience in running Operations and project management in a customer delivery environment
    Ability to work with different types of personalities and drive towards common solutions
    Skilled at conducting / facilitating work sessions with team leaders and working teams in delivering their projects
