Experience: 8 - 13 yrs
- Provide the Service and maintains lifts after installation.
- Conducts hands-on training for sub-ordinates.
- Schedules servicing of all lifts and escalators including annual plan and detailed service schedule.
- Plans the daily work schedule of field men and supervises their work as scheduled.
- Attend to lift and escalator breakdown and trouble shoot problems.
- Liaise with technical expertise locally and with the manufacturer.
- Attend site management and technical meetings.
- Co-ordinate the service works with consultants/contractors.
- Attend site meeting with consultants and building developers.
- Implements safety procedures at the project site.
- Assists statutory departments in regular inspection for operational permit.
- Develop service manuals for reference.
- Organize and coordinate all administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.
- Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
- Preparing and scheduling bill of materials and other costs in Navision applying usage to the jobs.
- Opening and closing of on-site workshop.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
- International work experience in lift installation and servicing is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team building skills.
- Effective verbal and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent project management skills
- Time management skills
- Must have valid passport and ready to relocate to Fiji
