Events & Sponsoring Manager for Bahrain

Job Description
Our client, a luxury automotive group, is wishing to recruit an Events and Sponsoring Manager as follows:

Main Tasks:
Assigned marketing disciplines
• Motor shows and fairs
• Sponsoring
• Event Marketing
• Congresses Overseeing agencies
• Managing agencies (contracting, briefing, consulting, supervising, evaluating, controlling, pitching)

Major tasks
• Planning and conducting regional motor shows
• Supporting regional dealers’ motor shows
• Planning and implementing regional sponsoring strategies
• Planning and conducting regional conferences, driving events and cooperation. Interfaces
• Interfacing with dealers and HQ on events marketing and sponsoring
• Interfacing with dealers and HQ on PR activities Budget
• Controlling and compliance of the assigned budget

Professional and personal – Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
Strong communication and organizational skills, proven professional and clear communication skills with multiple stakeholders, familiar with Middle East Region, proficient in Word/ Excel/ Power Point, proficient English, both oral and written.

Desired Qualification:
University Degree, Marketing Background, Experience in organizing Events.
Desired Experience: Event-/ Internet Background, Consulting Background, 5 years of Marketing experience in the Auto Industry with Multinational Companies
