- Setting up and sustaining the branch, converting it in to a profit centre.
Handling relationship with technical institutions as well as acting as an interface between head office and the region.
Managing market intelligence, industry research and report generation for the assigned region.
Liaising with industries and educational institutions, making sales presentations and tracking the deal to closure..
Communicating the regular business updates, key company developments, product launches and updates to the entire operations team across the region and managing communication plans for the entire region.
Coordinating all advertisement initiatives for the region including print media, campus advertisements, posters & banners etc.
Achieving overall Value and Volume Service sales vis a vis collection objectives.
Planning and implementation of efficient and cost effective infrastructure for IT Training.
System Implementation to self sustain the various activities at the branch level.
Market Study, Collection and Analysis of data to design an action plan for roll out.
Application support and corporate training tracing to Head office to achieve the sales budget and target.
Building up IT Training team, sales & marketing team, training and development of the same.
Direct management of a centre and key result areas.
- Excellent Leadership, planning, execution, experience in managing
professional training business with good exposure to IT.
Knowledge of French is a must
