Job Description- 
*Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
*Monitoring overall performance of services
*Responsible for generating new accounts while forging lasting business relationships.
*Foster, promote and facilitate cross-selling of company-wide services and capabilities.
*Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the companys mission.
*Identify potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships to expand and strengthen core service lines of the organization.
*Develop and manage pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects to clients.

Desired Skills
*Major experience with selling of IT services (Software/ Application development/ maintenance/ Re-engineering, Testing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence etc.) especially in international market for Indian based companies.
*Experience with revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management.
*Passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership. 
*Strong organization and prioritization skills
*Good understanding of offshore software services model.
*Exposure with pre-sales activities like RFPs, RFIs.
*Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
*Should be able to speak in Japanese fluently
