QC Manager for Saudi Arabia

Our client, a reputed major overseas EPC Contracting Company based in Dubai, UAE is looking for competent professional engineers for the following positions in staff category for their Project. 

Position: QC Manager for Pipeline Project in Saudi Arabia 

Location: Saudi Arabia

Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical 

Additional qualifications: CSWIP / AWS / Level II-RT Minimum 

Experience: 

Degree in Mechanical with Years of Experience
Diploma in Mechanical with 10 Years of Experience
With Minimum 5 Year of experience in direct QC supervision of Construction activities in Oil & Gas Pipeline Projects with SAUDI ARAMCO. Must have done one pipeline project as QC Manager. 

Core Responsibilities: 

Ensure Implementation of Quality System at Project site.
Quality formats for various quality management systems at the projects site using the standard guidelines provided to him by the corporate office / Client specifications.
Assist the engineering and procurement dept to develop technical specification quarries
Select, train and certify quality-critical manpower locally.
Attending weekly coordination meeting with the customer to review the quality levels at project site.
Attend to customer complaints, take corrective& preventive actions
Prepare Monthly QA/QC Report and send to P.H.O for QA Manager (QA/QC)s review.
Ensure that all Special Processes are Validated and Performed within the established parameters.
Follow up Corrective and Preventive actions and close out the NCR.
Maintain all inspection & test / Quality records.
Final Documents review and ensure the conformance to the PO/PR requirements as agreed.

Salary: SR 18000 - 20000/- per month
