Interior Designer & Supervisor for Dubai

Job Description :

Design, develop, the interior of the building, commercial and villas spaces that address and meet project aesthetics, required style, ergonomics, space identification, function/practicality, budget and scheduling goals.
Study/Evaluate the design criteria and feasibility of proposed design(s).
Provide interior design studies including space planning and targeted selections for furniture, accessories, doors hardware, lighting fixtures, equipments, mechanical fixtures and fittings, finishes, decorative greenery, art work and color schemes.
Coordinate with the Architects, Engineers and all the trades to apply the interior design in the construction documents.
Provide a thorough and complete set of construction drawings, documents and specifications customized to the projects unique conditions and budget.
Provide interior construction details that clarify installation within demanding schedules, budgetary constraints.

Interior Design styles.
Interior Materials and products
Electro-mechanical requirements of interior spaces
Fire and Life safety codes.
Acoustical & LEED requirements
Ergonomics & Color science
Should have visualization capabilities, artistic tastes and fluent ideas.
Doors & Hardware specifications.
Interior specifications
Auto CAD / Revit MS Office (Excel Word)
Adobe Photoshop, LEED accreditation & 3d Max preferable.
