• Creating designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications for buildings and surrounding landcapes.
• Understanding and presenting feasibility of different projects
• Choosing the most effective materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project
• Preparing tender applications and presentations;
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals;
• Preparing applications for planning and building control departments
-Should have at least 5 years of experience working in UAE
-Should have excellent understanding of regulatory requirements
-Should be an expert in CAD softwares
-Should have good understanding of available materials for different requirements of a project.
-Should have exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
