Primary objective


Job Description
The responsibility of SDL is to play a primary role in mapping business components from WorleyParsons environment to external vendor. He/she will coordinate the core team of WorleyParsons BA, QA and technical/solution architect with external vendor. The successful candidate will also focus on the business process of Customer Service, Incident, Problem and Change management. Candidate will also be required to work with SDLs from different regions to bring business value to the engagement.
The Service Delivery Lead position will be reporting directly to the Global Service Delivery Manager. 

Overall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities 
• Engage with internal teams / client in WorleyParsons to create a project requests and budgets for them. Establish a RFP process so that external vendors can bid on it and provide cost and time estimation on it.
• Manage client expectations by acting as a strategic point of contact, building and expanding relationships, and communicating service status/open issues and other strategic and tactical account management responsibilities.
• Coordinate the project expectations between internal client, internal technical, QA, BA and finally the vendor team.
• Coordinate and help to complete the Business Requirement documents for different projects
• Ensure the high quality of the deliverables including scope documents, proposals, technical and support documentation and developed software with the help of QA team.
• Establish service level of agreement (SLA) with vendor and WorleyParsons to provide measureable service delivery practice.
• Proactively investigate service activity in an effort to identify trends that can be corrected to improve our service and the customer’s network. 
• Given the WorleyParsons global presence, SDL will be expected to work after business hour support with respect to project changes and operational outages.
• Perform Front-End analysis to determine regulatory changes and provide input in the solution determination.
• Provide a fortnightly status update report on new business development and issues on the projects to SDM.

Job Requirements
Job Specific:
• 3+ years of outsource vendor management experience 
• 10+ years of IT experience with practical experience of software development life cycle
• 5+ years of experience with understanding and application of policies, standards, processes and procedures
• Sound knowledge of industry standards and methodologies
Education – Qualifications:
• Post-secondary qualification in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other related field
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Microsoft Operating Framework (MOF) qualifications and experience highly regarded 
• Relevant Microsoft Technical accreditation highly desirable


Information Technology Skills:
• Hands on experience as SharePoint admin 2010, 2013 is desirable
• Understanding of integration tools like BizTalk , Oracle Fusion will be added advantage
• Software design and development technologies including but not limited to IIS, .NET, BizTalk, SharePoint, SQL, SOA,EAI, BPM, Windows, Citrix, Systems Centre Suite of Products, Active Directory and Messaging concepts.
• Ability to understand / interpret design from code, as well as develop code to prove concepts (if needed)
• Strong understanding and execution knowledge of the overall Software Development Lifecycle using proven methodologies (RUP, Agile, Waterfall etc.)
• Usage experience of one or more frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman Framework, MSF etc.
• 5+ years of software consulting experience
