Operation Controller /Administrator for Denholm Yam in Abu Dhabi

-Create & allocate Job number
-Monthly invoicing preparation
-Administer the companies PO system, ensuring that all requisitions, PO, receipts and complaint with the needs of the business and authorizations matrix
-Raise internal sales forms when customers Po’s are not present
-Check completed work packs ready for invoicing
-Request or raise purchase orders for workshop
-Raise quotations for review and authorization for work being carried out in the workshop
-Communicate with suppliers for price and availability of goods/service
-Update purchase orders to suppliers when hires are complete
-Monitor hired items
-General Filing duties
-Support operation in logging enquiries , Processing orders
-Plus any other duties as may be reasonably required of you by the Management or Senior Management of the Company. You should be aware that you may be called upon, from time to time, to act in a capacity outside your normal duties, e.g. in case of absence, sickness or holidays of other members of staff


-Supply administration assistance to the sales team and operations
-Input Enquiries on system, raise purchase requisition on system as requested
-Expedite suppliers as requested
-Support Operations in administration
-Issuing work orders for workshop
-Preparing work packs for Valve Technicians going offshore / site
-Organize transport and accommodation when required for offshore / site
-Excellent organizational skills 
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Experience in Microsoft Word / Excel/ Power Point
