Customer Service Representative and Supervisor for Saudi Arabia

Customer Service Representative
    Responsible to enter orders for Customers and follow them through to ship these orders correctly and inform Customer accordingly. Coordinates with other departments to ensure that objectives are met.
      Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
      Minimum Experience: 5 years in CSC or similar position.
      Job-Specific Skills: English and Arabic - fluent written and spoken
      Customer Service Supervisor
          Organize and lead a team that ensures the satisfaction of clients. Work directly with clients as well as with the Customer Service team members and ASM to ensure that clients' needs are being met in an outstanding fashion.
            Minimum Qualifications:BSc in Marketing, Sales. Minimum Experience:5 to 10 years in Customer Service position and bale / capable to manage, lead and train Customer Service Reps.Job-Specific Skills:English/Arabic, Fluent written and spoken.
