Sales Manager for Kiboko Group of Companies, Uganda

    Business Planning and Execution:

    Ensure that the Business Plans made are achievable. Plan for promotion activities and execute them to grow the top line of the business. 
    Work with each of the team members to grow each of the Business Channels by closely monitoring the performance of various products and coming up with plans to improve it. 

    Procurement Planning and Stock Management:

    Ensure that the Products are ordered based on Demand in the market and they are liquidated in the time planned. 
    Come up with plans of handling Non-Moving or dead stock in the warehouse to optimize space utilization. 

    Revenue Stream Management:

    Explore New revenue Streams that can be added to the business either through New Principal Partnerships or through new Customer Bases or New Product lines from our existing Partners. 

    Finance Management:

    Understand each of the elements of the P&L to make better decisions in terms of which are the areas of Cost Saving or Cash Generation. 
    Understand Product Wise Contribution to the business so relevant Marketing Plans can be made. 
    Make sure the Bottom Line of the Company is met. 

    Market Understanding:

    Keep updated on the Market Trends in the CD or Lighting Sector to ensure we are always ahead in terms of innovative offerings at affordable pricing. 
    Strategize business plans based on this understanding to accomplish the company goals. 
      Should be at a managerial position.

      Should be able to work without supervision.

      Should keep company trades and operations confidential.

      Should avoid doing private work in office.
