    Cost Accountant

    Qualification: B.Com

    Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in relevant field

    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR COST ACCOUNTANTS 
    Analyze reports to identify production cost trends (efficiencies and inefficiencies) and report key findings to senior management.
    Collaborate on and create cost accounting policies and procedures
    Applies expertise to evaluate, maintain, and improve systems and financial controls around the inventory process
    Report on Direct Materials, Direct Labor and Overhead by account and provide actionable solutions
    Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances
    Contributes in preparing annual manufacturing budget and update forecasts
    Support management and business units in analyzing and explaining cost fluctuations
    Assist with internal and external audit request and month-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliation and analysis.
    Coordinates reconciliation of the inventory system to the general ledger
    Update standard costs and analyze cost variances
    Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
    Assistant management on special projects as directed

    Secretary
    Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma

    Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 6 years experience in relevant field

    At least 24 to 36 years old.

    Duties and Responsibilities: 
    Composes and type routine letters, memoranda, reports, minutes of meetings, scientific or technical material, numerical data, charts and forms .
    Receives and screen visitors and telephone calls, takes messages, schedules, appointments for professional(s) and/or management staff and provides information to interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
    Schedules and arranges meetings and conference for professional(s) and/or management staff and notifies interested parties, makes travel reservations as needed.
    Proofreads and corrects prepared materials for correct grammar, format, completeness and content.
    Establishes and maintains office files, logs, indexes, control records, or other information concerning the work under the supervisor's control.
    Enters, retrieves, updates, verifies and deletes information from electronic files.
    Skill in typing clear copy at rate of 40 net words per minute.
    Ability to follow, apply, interpret and explain instructions and guidelines.
    Ability to determine work priorities
    Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions
    Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area
    Ability to perform mathematical calculations
    Ability to communicate effectively
    Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports
    Ability to type
    Ability to operate standard office equipment
