Area Retail Manager for Saudi Arabia

The job holder will be responsible for managing respective stores in their area so as to ensure maximum sales by effective stock management, increase customer satisfaction & continued business growth. The job holder will also be responsible for ensuring the desired standards in visual merchandising, retail operations, customer service, replenishment, recovery standards in his/her area. 

Key responsibilities:- 

Drive Top line Sales for the Area in line with the Business Plan, minimize & control costs within the budgetary guidelines 
Maximize operational efficiency and productivity (sales per sqft, ATV, Conversion, UPT etc.) 
Manage LFL growth and new store opening and re-fits for the Area 
Create seamless customer service orientation among store employees by ensuring timely and efficient customer service

Manage Concept stores, merchandise planning and visual merchandising for the area 
Responsible for enhancing productivity and margin controls and margin management 
Monitor inventory management systems within the area (stock availability, order management, back store management, stock consolidation and transfer) 
Maintain High Retail Standards in a consistent manner throughout the area.
Furnish regular product feedback to the senior management and the merchandising and brand departments 
Monitor store administration through periodical store visits and retail meetings to maximize operational efficiency within the area

Ensure that the Area is in compliance with the company policy for all employment and local labor laws, health and safety standards 
Ensure that Focus Store Visits are undertaken to ensure Productivity, Audit or Performance measures are met 
Continually analyse local market trends and competition to leverage on the information for enhanced productivity 
Monitor staffing levels in stores within the area to ensure resources are effectively deployed 
Hire the right talent and develop them by providing consistent direction and support and maintain appropriate staffing levels 
Develop team skills by providing consistent direction and support
