HR Manager for Resort in Maldives (3+ Years Exp.)

* To provide and deliver first-class services to the team.

* To assist HR Director with HR strategy.

* To manage succession planning with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process.

* Should have three years of extensive work experience with an international luxury hotel group as a Human Resources Manager

* Should be a university graduate or equivalent qualification with excellent command of written and spoken English.
