Aviation Operation Director for Afghanistan

    Particularly leading and organizing staff and leading the operation department of the company such as RAMP and Traffic as well as Cargo.
    Define and oversee all Operation parts of the company, including but not limited to cargo handling, Operation (Ramp and Passenger Services).
    Should have experience in lease and rental of commercial spaces, Should be able to generate non Aeronautical revenue for the Organization.
    Manage the development of air services through the definition of new ideas and proactively explore new opportunities.
    Develop business cases for identified potential markets.
    Find, communicate, attract and build contract with new customers such as airlines.
    Communicate and cooperate with present customer in a professional manner.
    Serve as our local senior representative for all aspects pertaining to air service.

    Key Tasks:
    Establish, support and lead ground handling requirements, Cargo and flight services.
    Coordinate and liaise with international vendors and clients on flight schedules and services.
    Supervise and control services to be provided to flight operations at the airport.
    Provide technical and administrative support to flight crews and operators.
    Preparation of all required report as per company policy, all documentation related to flight handling and related duties.
    Manages airport activities and operations, ensures service delivery, process and procedures comply with airport standards, safety, security and quality basis, attains ground handling performance targets.
    Manages and develop manpower resource in operation and predefined parameters with the objective of achieving safe and efficient airport operations and providing and delivering the highest standards of service to passengers.
    Ensures programs are in compliance with regulatory agencies. Implements changes or improvements concerning the daily operations of the airport.
    Participates in pre-construction meetings and responsible for safety during airfield construction.
    Minimum 8 to 10 years in a senior Management position in Airport or Airlines at the parts of Ground Handling with exposure to other departments in Aviation.
    Must be familiar with relevant ICAO and IATA regulations and procedures required for the operation of an international airport.
