German Imaging Technologies (GIT) is one of the leading companies in the Middle East specialized in Document Printing Solutions with offices across 6 locations in the UAE.
We are looking for a passionate Key Account Manager who will partner with our key customers and ensure the long-term success of our business with them.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned top level customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Your objective is to grow our revenue with existing key accounts across the country. You will be located in our Sales Office on Financial Center Road in Dubai and you will be reporting directly to our Sales Director.
Responsibilities
1. Customer mapping in accordance with the account management policy.
2. Visiting top customers of the Company.
3. Submitting proposals to the customers.
4. Providing opportunity reports to Management.
5. Providing GIT / Client SWOT analysis of accounts to management.
Skills and Competencies:
1. Should be confident and possess excellent communication skills
2. Should be responsible and self-driven
3. Client service oriented
4. Should be resilient and optimistic
5. Should be analytical
6. Should be an excellent listener
Requirements
1. Bachelors Degree
2. 3-4 years of account management experience in developing business with a jury relevant to our industry, i.e. IT & procurement.
3. Must have an experience in drafting and submitting commercial proposals.
4. Candidate does not need UAE experience
5. International / UAE DL is a must
